Spruce wood panel in 3 layers

Solid wood glued panels are made of slats glued by means of adhesive films, by pressing. The component lamellas must be of the same species, with the fiber oriented lengthwise.

The advantages of this type of material are given by improving strength and rigidity, by reducing the negative influence of knots, eliminating deformations due to drying and increasing homogeneity.

It is used in:

• the furniture industry
• Building
• interior fittings, walls and ceilings
• carpentry and carpentry work

Technical details:

• executed in Nordic spruce wood ;
• certified gluing, resistant to moisture , AW100 (resistant to most liquids and weather conditions), according to EN13354;
• faces from 89 – 136 mm wide slats and cores from 25 – 35 mm wide slats;
• face quality:  B/C :
  • B – polished faces, no joint gaps, small cracks allowed, black knots and knot repairs are accepted, few medullary canals, resin bags max. 5 x 50 mm;
  • C – polished faces, repairs of the gaps at the nodes are allowed and isolated open gaps at joints of max 2 – 3 mm, without other quality claims;
• humidity: 8 ± 2%;
• specific weight 450 kg/m³
• certified class E1 of formaldehyde emissions (maximum 0.05 ppm)
• standard format spruce wood panel: 5000 x 2050 mm
• Thicknesses: 15mm , 16mm, 19mm , 22mm, 27mm, 42mm, 50mm, 60mm
